All orders placed through our website, direct consultation, social media, messaging platforms or custom orders are considered final sale once confirmed.

2. Alteration Support
Although we do not accept returns or exchanges, we may offer minor alterations where feasible.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Shipping for Alterations or Approved Cases
Where Maison Amali agrees to an alteration or approved adjustment:
* Customers must use a tracked and insured courier service
* Maison Amali is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed or damaged during transit
* Customs duties, shipping fees and handling costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
