All orders are made upon order and orders require production to be completed before factoring in the shipping time frames provided below.

Once an order has completed production, our Europe orders are delivered by the amazing team at DHL. All European Express Delivery orders will be delivered approximately 2-3 working day after the dispatch date. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.

Customs and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

If an item is returned and Khanum’s are issued with an invoice, we will deduct this from your refund amount/ credit note.
